Are you new to Structural Integration?
If you are new to Structural Integration, I encouraged you to read this, and consider coming in for a consultation to evaluate the SI approach, have your detailed questions answered, and have your posture and mobility issues evaluated. This takes about 20 minutes to a half hour. At that point you may decide that you want to receive 30 minutes of Soma work to feel it and see if this modality is suited to you.  The fee for both the consult and bodywork is $40; if you choose not to receive bodywork, there will be no fee for the consult.

Is the Structural Integration Series or spot/treatment work right for you?
In general I recommend trying the first three session of the Structural Integration Series to experience the results. If you really appreciate the results, sign up for the whole SOMA series. If you are not improving at a fast enough rate, opt for receiving spot/treatment work a the specific site of injury.
