BodyAlive! LiveFood CLASSES will help motivate you to get off the stove and offer you many reasons why not to cook your food. We show your our recipes, step by step. We explain the benefits of tapping into the cleansing and revitalizing raw and living-foods lifestyle, answer questions, and offer lots of resources. These introductory hands-on experiential no heat, no worries "cooking" classes will help get you and your friends started; so bring a buddy with you so you have an inspired friend to explore with. We offer two classes, each an hour and a half long and are held at the PT CO-OP deli at 7:00. The fee is $15 per adult.
